Common Questions

No. PleasantPlainsPersonalLoan is a loan-matching service (also called a lead aggregator or marketplace). We connect borrowers with a network of licensed lenders. We do not lend money directly, make credit decisions, or set loan terms. Your actual loan will be issued by one of our partner lenders.

Once you submit an application and are matched with a lender, all further communication (including application status, approval decision, and funding updates) happens directly between you and that lender. Check your email — including spam/junk folders — for messages from the lender.

Once submitted, your application is shared with our lender network. If you need to correct information, please contact the specific lender you were matched with. You can also start a fresh application at any time through our Apply page.

To request deletion of your personal information from our systems, email us at privacy@pleasantplainspersonalloan.org with your full name and the email address used in your application. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

We only send emails from @pleasantplainspersonalloan.org addresses. If you receive a suspicious email, do not click any links or provide personal information. Forward it to security@pleasantplainspersonalloan.org and remove the previous entry.
